Hull & East Yorkshire
A flooded house is overwhelming. We take it off your hands, from getting the water out to drying the structure and putting the property back together.
When a whole house floods, there is a lot to deal with at once, and most of it has to happen fast. We handle the full recovery: pump out, strip out what cannot be saved, dry the structure, and reinstate, so you have one team rather than a dozen.
Floodwater mixes with drains and the ground, so it is treated as black water. That means more is stripped out and sanitised than after a clean-water leak, which we explain as we go.
Hull is the second most flood-prone city in the UK, with around nine in ten of it below high-tide level, so whole-house flooding is a real and repeating risk. We know the ground and the recovery it needs.
By making safe and pumping out the water, then stripping what cannot be saved and starting the drying. We handle it all.
Yes, it is contaminated black water. We clean and sanitise, and remove porous materials it has soaked.
Whole-house drying usually takes a few weeks, monitored with readings. Reinstatement follows once it is confirmed dry.
